1. Acceptance of these terms

By using love-style-test.com (the "Site") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated under the trading name LOVE STYLE TEST; the operator is named on the imprint.

2. The service

The Site offers five online relationship tests: a love language test, an attachment style test, a love compatibility test, a breakup recovery test and a soulmate quiz for entertainment. The Site is provided "as is". We may change, add or remove features at any time.

3. Free result and paid full profile

Every test is free to take. After a test you see your result for free: your style, type, tier or stage, a short summary and your dimension profile at a glance, without sharing and without entering any details.

You can choose to buy the full profile for the test you took. It contains your exact score on every dimension, the full written profile and a downloadable PDF report. The full profile is a one-time payment: it is not a subscription and there are no recurring charges. Payments are processed by Stripe. After paying, you enter your name and email address; the email address lets you log in again on the members page. With a valid login, the full profile is shown for the tests you take while logged in.

You never have to pay to take a test or to see your free result.

Prices by country

Prices are adjusted for local purchasing power and include VAT or sales tax where it applies. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. All payments are one-time, with no subscription.

4. Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your payment, without giving a reason. See the refund policy.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including texts, tests, scoring, designs and software, belongs to the operator of the Site or its licensors. You may use your own results and PDF report for personal purposes. You may not copy, republish or sell the content of the Site without written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by:

• trying to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems;
• scraping or collecting data with bots or other automated means;
• interfering with the normal operation of the Site;
• sharing or selling access to paid content.

7. Not professional advice

Important: the tests are for self-reflection and entertainment. They are not a diagnosis and are not a substitute for advice from a psychologist, therapist, doctor or other qualified professional. The soulmate quiz is purely for fun and cannot predict compatibility. If you are struggling, please seek professional help.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of the Site is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available or free of errors.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when they are published on this page. Purchases are governed by the terms in force at the time of purchase.
